This master class assists educators in exploring their questions and challenges when engaging with the principles of Reggio Emilia when translated in to their own context. This small group professional dialogue will build on from the series “In conversation with the principles of Reggio Emilia” (if you have undertaken the online or with Deborah) and will look in depth at working with the principles through ‘workshopping’ your own ideas (and evidence) into practice, with like-minded colleagues. This class is also significant for those teams who already have some understanding of the Reggio Emilia principles and wish to further explore their potential in to practice. Deborah will assist you in examining your current professional practices and achieving further clarity about finding your own way forward!

This master class will assist educators in exploring their questions about documentation, particularly in relation to their engagement with the principles of Reggio Emilia and the any external mandates for professional practice. In a small team orientated group, participants will share and debate what it means to document, in order to prepare for launching new ways of working moving forward. Building on from the series “Educational Documentation” (if you have undertaken these online or with Deborah) participants will look in depth at documenting lines of inquiry through ‘workshopping’ your own ideas into practice with like-minded colleagues. Deborah will assist you in examining your current documentation methods and achieving clarity about finding your own way forward.
