Asia Pacific Early Childhood Consultants is an Australian owned and operated small business. We advise our customers and clients that once an invoice has been issued, or a payment has been made online, we have a strict no refund policy.

 

Customers and clients may transfer the names of participants in face to face workshops and seminars with written notice of their intent. No refunds are applicable for online courses, webinars or presentations once payment has been made.

 

Should a seminar or workshop be cancelled, for any reason, customers and clients will be offered a full refund OR they may hold a credit note for a similar seminar or workshop, in the same location or in close proximity.
